The company’s database includes information on more
than 1,200 conference venues, hotels, transportation companies, entertainers and speakers.
We annually book approximately 110,000 hotel nights.

Event Planning

Before the event
Our project managers have years of experience and
can help you put together a plan for your event.
During the creative and administrative phase we act as
your support and take a hands on approach to all the details. We find premises that will suit your needs, book accomodation for deelegates, and arrange transportation
- all within an agreed budget.
We also produce marketing materials and application
forms, and can set up a website for your event where delegates can register.
If you are holding a scientific conference, we will handle the abstracts and posters for assessment using our specially designed IT system

On site management
During your event we look after the practical side of
things while you focus on the content.
Our staff will register the delegates and deal with any queries and solve any problems. We’ll also liase with all subcontractors and make sure that everything goes smoothly.
Of course, we’ll also help with social programmes and
meals for delegates and sort out any last-minute
changes which may occur.

After the event
Follow-ups are immensly important to make sure that everything went according to plan and to benefit from
the experience gained during the event.
We’ll compile a financial and qualitative report of the
results for you to see.
